Milton (伍敬華 牧師) is an independent Hebrew Bible scholar and ordained minister. He is also an author and published his first book with Zondervan in 2015 with Lee Fields, Devotions on the Hebrew Bible.He has taught as an adjunct professor at The King's College, Pillar College, Rutgers, Fordham and St. Peter's. He is currently teaching World History at William Paterson in Wayne, NJ.
Milton was born and raised in New York City and has been living in northern NJ for over twenty years. After graduating from Columbia University with an engineering degree he felt called to full-time Christian service and started attending seminary. He graduated from Evangelical Seminary in Pennsylvania and studied for a year at Westminster. Always seeking more knowledge in the Word, he eventually attended Drew University where he earned his Ph.D. in Old Testament/Hebrew Bible. Rev. Milton has been an English pastor before but his main focus in recent years has been in teaching. In Fall of 2012, he took over Rev. Andrew Lee’s position as East Coast Project Director for ISAAC, Innovative Space for Asian American Christianity until recently in 2020.
